Radioactive Cows Ltd. is a company created by
Deck690. It is mainly
focused on making fan games based on the SNES game EarthBound.
So far, RCLtd. has two projects: The Return of EarthBound,
founded by EB64, an RPG that will continue the story of EarthBound,
and EarthBound Dex, a program that will contain information for
every enemy in the game.
